Hello I just wanted to say that,,, I think your writing is really good and this was the part where I decided I had to paste the entire sentence because it's such a beautiful postmodern work of art. You are in general a master of what I call shitprosing, where sardonic yet seemingly uninformative sentences (such as, you go ahead and do that, Karamatsu) are skillfully deployed to build atmosphere. This one sentence was more specific commentary into how Karamatsu craves the gaze of others and yet cannot actually watch the world around him that has rejected him. At least, that's what I read into the sentences. Anyway please have a great day.
